(1/25/08) Jim, Bernie, Cat and Shannon have all returned from the NSCAA Convention in Baltimore. We all got to attend some great sessions with National- and International-level coaches and trainers and also picked up various certifications during the convention. We're very excited to bring back back some excellent tips, drills and ideas from the convention!

(1/25/08) A couple of schedule changes to note: The Cortland session we missed due to inclement weather has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 16, from 9-10 AM. The Cortland session scheduled for Sunday, February 3rd will be held at 4 PM. Check out the Schedule Page for our most recent schedule.

(1/9/08) CONGRATULATIONS to Cat Wade!!! Cat has been working with the Syracuse University Women's Basketball team this year and has recently been appointed their official Strength and Fitness Coach!! It's likely not a coincidence that the Women's team is currently 13-1 and riding a 12-game winning streak!! Congratulations Cat and we all wish you continued great success!!

(1/7/08) The NYSW State Cup Final Four will take place on May 30, May 31 and June 1st in Cortland, NY. Due to the event's proximity, we will not be making hotel reservations for State Cup weekend. Stay tuned for more information about play-in games and scheduling.

(1/7/08) The 11th Annual Batavia Tournament will take place on June 7 & 8. We'll be staying at the Batavia Holiday Inn this year. We've got a rate of $89 for a double room. (12/31/07) We've established a Google Web Group for the Syracuse Fusion Vipers. Membership is by invitation only. All members should be receiving their invitations within the week. The group can be accessed only by members of the group. It is intended to be a place where we can all have some fun exchanging messages, photos, etc. Follow this link to access the group page.
